They do look good! The sourdough recipe that is in the index is sourdough but also has yeastThese were yeast based. and the crumb wasn't quite right, but they too less than 2 hours and tasted fantastic.

oh warm milk! That explains why a little sugar perked it up! I've been using water. Sheesh I'd better find the instructions, maybe they said milk. Well it's been fun having a bowl to look in anyhowYou should dump out half and add flour and warm milk every 12 hours.
Keep going unless the dough turns pink. If so, try again using the breadtopia start recipe
