Thanks for the recipe!

Debby, I think your cookies turned out awesome!

Well here are the results on the muffins with the 18 hour rise. They do taste better, but are harder to work with and well, take more than 18 hours. So not sure the bang is worth the buck. Once I have a proofer I'll try again.

I would have done more, but DH came inside and told me to quit messing up HIS cookies :lau

Next year I want to get some of the paste type colors so I can make the glaze darker.
They look great! That’s all I use is the gel anymore.

They’d be so good slathered in butter and peanut butter!
It is fine to post a recipe again since it can be hard for some to find them in the spread sheet

Perfect!

Are you going to make those cookies?

The "Paste" (a great cookie for tea or coffee) Like a sugar cookie
3 eggs
1/2 cup veggie oil
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 tsp vanilla, 1 teaspoon lemon extract, 1 tsp almond extract
3 tsp baking powder
Beat the eggs, sugar, add baking powder, extracts....fold in flour
You may need (about 1/2 Cup) more flour to roll. Like a cut out
sugar cookie. You can roll out dough and use cookie cutters.
We roll about 1 inch thick... press with fingers cut on the diagonal and bake 375 oven 12-15 minutes. Golden color. Makes about 30 depending ...on size. You can frost
...sprinkle with sugar with an egg wash.
