funny well did the shortbread cookies the lady fingers hmm no clay bakers here tell me the benefit of them had one for roasts you soaked the lid in water before cooking with it

I definitely do a "bunch" of baking. :lau I have been giving/shipping cookies to family and friends for more than 40 years. I have made 72 dozen this year, but I need to make another batch of a couple cookies. I'll do that after the boxes are shipped, so Tuesday or Wednesday.
 
Hi everyone!

Took a Canada goose this morning. Just finished processing it.

Don't know what I'll do with the meat yet. Looking to try something new besides goose burgers and pulled goose sandwiches.
Make it like fried chicken. Or, inject it with hot sauce as you roast it.
