Simple question. How do you guys cook Bacon and scrambled eggs? I'm curious about different methods.

I fry the bacon in a skillet then add the scrambled eggs to the bacon grease and always toss in a handful of cheese and black pepper.

Simple question. How do you guys cook Bacon and scrambled eggs? I'm curious about different methods.

I put bacon slices on a foil covered baking pan and bake it in the oven. I like how the mess is more contained and the pieces don't curly up. I'll cook up an entire package that way, bag it up (wrapped in a paper towel and put in a zip bag) and toss it in the fridge until we use it. The eggs I cook on top of the stove in a small skillet.

We have a griddle on the stove the 5th burner and great cast iron all the grates are

I might have to make up a small batch of cookies today. DH left town yesterday with the last of the cookies. I could celebrate New Year's with some of my own (do I know how to party, or what?).
