Any Home Bakers Here?

Jared cooked in a roadhouse in college to pay my way I can flip eggs with the best of them... Cannot have raisins too much iron in them.. there is cranberry bogs in Westport here out at the cost about 3 hours away now .. I have a ton of frozen ones like 10 of them

If I am using dried cranberries I soak them... overnight in orange juice.

When I make my cranberry orange muffins, I put the dried cranberries in a saucepan, squeeze fresh orange juice over them and bring it up to a boil before cooling and draining.
 
By the way my air fryer came in today we bought it from Costco it is a Gourmia digital air fryer 6 qt
great on the back manual shows a website I have no idea how to use this

You'll figure it out Penny. I wonder if YouTube has any tutorials on using one? I find watching something easier to learn by rather than reading instructions.

That sound what I do. But I usually boil and leave to cool overnight. An the the AM...juice is absorbed....ready to use.
