I'm taking a shot at this one, it is half white, half wheat flour which is what we do when we make pizza dough. I hope AP flour will be OK since I didn't notice it said bread flour. Going to do it just on a baking sheet since @wyoDreamer and @N F C said I could do it without a baking "vessel":Please let us know WHICH RECIPE you used and a photo. Thanks Aria
