Any Home Bakers Here?

Usually I make up 2 of the 3 doughs the day after making. The 3rd dough I've left in the fridge for up to 5 days (but it gets harder to work with).

If you want to try saving some for later, I've made up pizzas with the dough & toppings and frozen them before. They bake up nicely at a later date.
Do you freeze before or after cooking NFC?
 
I freeze before baking. It works well for me, but I've read recipes where they suggest partially baking before freezing. :confused:
I do quiche that way too, super convenient! Do you cook from frozen? How long and what temp?

I preheat the oven to 425* and put the frozen pie in. It takes my oven about 20 minutes total (I rotate the pan 1/2 through).
