Do you freeze before or after cooking NFC?Usually I make up 2 of the 3 doughs the day after making. The 3rd dough I've left in the fridge for up to 5 days (but it gets harder to work with).
If you want to try saving some for later, I've made up pizzas with the dough & toppings and frozen them before. They bake up nicely at a later date.
