Totally forgot I had one like this-
Etekcity digital
It goes up to 22 lbs and I got it for weighing dressed out birds. Mine is a little older and has no fancy features, but I could put it inside a gallon ziplock and use it for messy work while I bagged and tagged my birds upon returning from the processors.

It's nice bread, just heavier.

I like heavy bread.
Nice job Sue!
Cheese plaits done. I didn't use garlic butter. They are very cheesy and smell lovely. Can't wait till dinner time. The wider one has jalapenos they are too spicy for the children.
These are the easy bread recipe just with added cheese peppers and of course honey to the wet ingredients.

I told Duckling she had to have a vegetable for dinner. It was pasta sauce. :lau
According to Ronald Reagan catsup was a vegetable for school lunch purposes. Pasta sauce would at least have some herbs in it and that is even more "vegetables" :D

She’s growing her own Roma tomatoes to make ketchup. Ooooone problem. She eats food without ketchup here. I offer it, but she eats everything plain. :D
Maybe once she makes it herself (with your help of course) she will like it.

I know once kiddo started "helping" me in the garden (no actual help but was able to see where veggies came from) the interest to try the things growing in the garden was high and being able to tell other people about veggies was motivation.
