Any Home Bakers Here?

Final Plan: Mix the dough in evening. In the morning:
1. Every 20 minutes I will do a lift-stretch-fold (4 times)
2. Let rest l hour ...lift-stretch-fold
3. Rest 30 minutes....shape ...Lift-Stretch-Fold-work round to tighten
dough. This is the FINAL SHAPE
4. place in floured-towel basket and let rise 1 - 2 hours
5. 450 degree oven score just before placing in the Dutch Oven
6. Let bake 20 minutes with lid on....remove lid bake 5-10 minutes
I usually DO NOT HAVE that much time to offer to making ONE ROUND
LOAF of BREAD. Doing as a challenge. And it is FUN to try something,

If the bottom gets too brown for you, next time take the bread out ot the dutch oven after twenty minutes and put it onto a cookie sheet in the oven at the same temperature to crisp up

Thanks. Just saw a video of a gal that had problem making Sourdough
Bread maintaining the starter.....so funny.....she made a bread ...just
taking 3 pieces and putting it in tins. No folding, no rolling. TOO FUNNY.
That solved her problem. Looking forward to my new adventure. Aria

I gave starter do a person once. The next week they wanted more! They thought it was a use once and toss the rest.

Once I hope the bread turns out for you tomorrow!
 
Been ages since I popped in here -- I think that the last time was Easter!
Anyway, I mentioned that I made miniature paskas for Easter, and now, almost two months later, here they are:
