Honey would be very good in the bread!

Thanks Ron. I mixed two loaves with honey. Will post photo after baked.
I also have two loaves of Multi Grain made with honey instead of molasses. Will be interesting. I can see the dough is lighter (of course) Photos after baked. Aria

Wow. OK, just how does one go about finding a fossil of that quality? I assume you don't just wander around looking at the ground and say "et voila!".
