You have made a lot of nice looking bread!

Nice!
Thanks Ron, Family coming...I made 2 Raisin with molasses, 2 Raisin with Honey, 2 Multigrain with Honey, and on White Sourdough...I count 7 loaves. I bought a large head of cauliflower cut it in small sections
placed in bowl and seasoned with EVVO, garlic powder, onion powder,
spice mix we like, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt and pepper and in a 425 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Enough oven for today. All the breads
are cooled, wrapped and labeled. Aria

Was sitting in the blind keeping an eye on the barrel I filled at 11:00. I didn’t hear the bear come in, and all the sudden I saw it by the bait barrel at 12:00!

It was behind the tree, so it was a tricky shot. I stepped out of the blind and aimed.

first shot missed. The bear lifted its head, then resumed eating. Second shot missed, and the bear ran towards me, which surprised me.

Third shot hit, killing it instantly.

Thats the story of my first bear!
