Any Home Bakers Here?

I was told during the mandatory check report that they take the tooth out, and put it under a microscope. There are Rings, like on a tree, and one ring means one year.
Interesting! It’s amazing the things I learn in here. I love learning things like this, thanks Jared.

Heck, he doesn’t even care if he takes one finger or my whole hand when he grabs the bread.
Well a sandwich of just bread isn't very satisfying!

Here’s the question. About how heavy should a roast usually be? Does it depend on the type of roast?
There are some answers already but to some extent the answer to the second question is "yes". Can't make a huge roast out of small muscle :D

And the answer to the first is "Depends on how many servings you want (at the meal and leftovers)". I think most people go for 1/4 to 1/2 pound per serving. But a 1 pound roast is too small really. I don't think I'd go less than 2 pounds and that is boneless. Generally a bone in beef rib roast will be 2 or more ribs. No idea what that weighs because that is how I order them ... by the number of ribs.

He is a cute culprit
He is and that look says "Oh, did YOU want some of that roast?"

@R2elk

You were right and I was wrong.

I tried to get the hide done myself. It didn’t go well, and I ended up ruining most of the hide.

You were right when you said that I should’ve had it professionally done. I should’ve listen to you.

I was able to save an 18x20 inch piece of hide, but not much else. I’m going to have that professionally done. Then, I’m going to put it in a frame, and put in a picture of the bear I took below it.

it’s OK, though. How else am I going to learn? Next time I get a bear, I’ll have it professionally done.

Thanks for being here for me and being willing to teach me.
