Argh, I be faced with a dilemma. Me mother wants to try mixing ground meat of the Bear with regular ground beef to make a fine Stroganoff meal. However, the bear be much different AND has the risk of the dreaded disease Trichinosis.

Be these two meats mixable and be it advisable?

By the way, anyone be in the mood for a fine Pirate riddle?

I’m not sure but I’ll look into them more, thanks! I can get a set of ball fermentation lids at walmart for pretty cheap here if they are in stock. I ordered a set of the glass disk things to hold down the veggies along with the Piima starter but they aren’t here yet,

They let the gas out but not in. That will keep the sourdough fresh and not build up pressure in the jar.

I will try it out today when I get some bread started
