I cant even cheat correctly, unless it's grabbing a cake of someone ;)
Do you have a scale? The recipe has the water in a weight measure too. 7/8 of a cup is 198G. If the place you live is dry, use on cup or 227G. I think you live in a humid place so the lesser amount will work

A lot of recipes use weight measurements in Europe

I could do with a digital scales I only have the old sort I messed up there.
I couldn't get the bread done today because it took ages to get the dried milk, my nieghbor got it for me in the end because our local shop didn't have any.
