It is fun figuring out new things!I tried the bread setting on my oven today... Its not turned out so well and have a flat loaf.
The instructions say Auto. So ok off I go make my bread, let it have two rises, put it in the oven on bread setting. Hmm bread spreads out and cooks later. You are supposed to let it have the second rise in the oven . I know for next time. I will try again another day.
It is fun figuring out new things!

Bread tastes ok. It will still do for pizza breads.
I dont want to try the cake setting, my cakes always turn out sad in the middle anyway.
I wear a cut resistant glove when using the mandolin and try to be careful. But the glove works well if I get sloppy.
