Any Home Bakers Here?

Good afternoon bakers. I got my sourdough starter out to feed so I can try the baguette again Friday. If I mix and knead early in the morning it should be ready to bake by the time I’m off work. I’ll be looking for some Dutch process cocoa and espresso pwd this weekend so I can make these in a couple weeks

I don’t really use espresso pwd much and just get cocoa pwd. Never tried the Dutch process but I was reading about the differences the other day. I’m going to try the Dutch process in my brownie recipe and see how that comes out.

I have espresso powder for baking. It is very good in chocolate desserts and you can make mocha flavors with it in frostings and etc.
