Any Home Bakers Here?

Amended (how I made mine) King Arther sourdough fruit bread.

Fruit Bread

I Cup Starter

1 Cup warm water

1 1/2 tablespoon Oil

2 teaspoon sugar

2 1/2 teaspoon Salt

3 1/4 Cup plain AP Flour

3/4 Cup Instant Potato / Flakes

2/3 Cup Oats

3 Teaspoon Yeast

2 Cup dried Fruit

Cinnamon to taste.

mix Dry ingredients,
Add Wet ingredients

mix / knead to make a firm yet sticky dough.

Place in lightly greased bowl Cover and allow to rise 90 mins.

Deflate Shape into a log Place in 2 greased 1 lb tins.

allow to rise 90 mins. 1" over the rim.

Towards end of rising time Preheat oven 350°F 175°C

Bake for 40-45 mins.

Thank you Floyd I do not have like of it myself but BF loves it so will do one

OH will not try it, he's not a fan of currants or raisins.. but I have this to try another time. He may try that.
