Was naughty and cut a slice while still warm, had it with butter. Its nice bet its nice toasted. Im giving one loaf to my mum tomorrow. I can always make more while im feeling well.

Amended (how I made mine) King Arther sourdough fruit bread.
Fruit Bread
I Cup Starter
1 Cup warm water
1 1/2 tablespoon Oil
2 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 teaspoon Salt
3 1/4 Cup plain AP Flour
3/4 Cup Instant Patato / Flakes
2/3 Cup Oats
3 Teaspoon Yeast
2 Cup dried Fruit
Cinnamon to taste.
mix Dry ingredients,
Add Wet ingedients
mix / knead to make a firm yet sticky dough.
Place in lightly greased bowl Cover and allow to rise 90 mins.
Deflate Shape into a log Place in greased 1 lb tins.
allow to rise 90 mins. 1" over the rim.
Towards end of rising time Preheat oven 350°F 175°C
Bake for 40-45 mins.
