Any Home Bakers Here?

I was surprised by how fast they proofed, so they kinda sorta got a little big. :lol:
When I made bread last week it was the opposite. I somehow forgot about it, should have put it in the oven about 6 PM. Remembered it was out at 5:30 AM. It sank in the middle. Kinda dry on top and extra crunchy on top after baking but still edible. I AM going to remember when I make another loaf tomorrow!!

The mold is Thyme in the mashed sweet potatoes
I meant the eggs on the counter in front of the red spoon rest.
