Any Home Bakers Here?

Starting it off would be good because I have no idea where to get this scoby.
Here is a link with instructions on how to grow your own scoby. I did it this way, and three years later, I'm still brewing.

There are a lot of good sites with info on brewing kombucha. I can make my own for under a dollar a bottle. Probably closer to half that.

If you have questions, just ask. I can't say I'm an expert, but I will share what I've learned.

I made 2 batches of the rolls today for the first time in months (for some reason, I forget about them when the holiday season is over). The picture is of the batch I am keeping for us, and the other batch is going to a friend.

I am concerned about my Kitchen Aid mixer.... it seems like the head bumps around a lot while it is mixing.

One thing I want people to understand pasta made at home is easy 3 eggs to 2 cups hot water .. tsp salt, 1/8 cup of sugar uses about 4 cups of flour that is pasta dough in a nutshell..
We made Italian sausage ravioli tonight enough for few meals.. The garlic bread is rolls I had made the day before

Those look so good, I assume you used a ravioli press?

Good morning everyone.
We have had a lovely morning here with sun and blue skies.

I've been searching for a tiny dog that went missing in our local woods yesterday, a death old man was so upset to lose his tiny little friend. I hope he's found him.

Good morning Marie 😊❤ are you baking anything today?
