Yum! This requires a huge mug as it bubbles up quite a bit (you can see it was maybe 1/2 inch from the top)!

So, I'm under COVID quarantine for the next 5-7 days after exposure to get a reliable test. What should I bake during these next few days? :caf
Maybe some bread? There are a lot of recipes here! You may get some ideas.

I had COVID in January. I know what quarantining is like. Not fun.

I don’t recognize you. Are you new to the thread? If so, welcome!

🤤 Has anyone tried yeast risen pancakes, they're delicious, my husband was reacting badly to baking powder/soda pancakes so I searched for a recipe with yeast and they really turn out fluffy and tasty, I'll be making some later and having them with our spring honey (it sort of tastes like maple syrup, yum). And later I'll make "Tortas de Agua" the only thing close to them I could describe are baguettes but the shape is different, I'll post a pic later. Have good day everyone
Those pancakes sound very yummy! :) Gonna have to find a recipe for those...

That is what I though maybe even a bit too much oil in pesto I only add oil when I use some ... I wondered but wanted to be sure thank you
Maybe next time add some basil, and see how it blends up before adding more oil... :idunno
If you are adding more & more oil every time, then perhaps you’ve reached the tipping point & now need more herbs again.

Still in the process of making some sourdough starter. When I make sourdough, I will let you all know.
With that, I drug myself back into the kitchen to feed the poor starter I have starved. I switched containers yesterday, and added the water before remembering I was waiting for AP flour today. My body ached, but I got the 25# of flour dumped into the hopper, and the sourdough is fed and happy once again. Thank you for reminding me... even if it almost killed me.
