Any Home Bakers Here?

Thanks to your lovely recipe and inspiration from the other members of the thread! And my grandmother’s cast iron skillet and cast iron lid! :)
I am happy to see you doing so well with sourdough baking!
 
So, I'm under COVID quarantine for the next 5-7 days after exposure to get a reliable test. What should I bake during these next few days? :caf
Ever made some ciabatta bread? I love it, crunchy crust, great for like sandwiches and the like. There's a video that explains it really good and requires no kneading.

I successfully made sourdough starter! It rose on me last night, to my surprise! I fed it just now.

Smells like sourdough, too!

As soon as I have enough, I’ll make some sourdough bread!
