I’ve been doing a sort of bake a long with my sister. She came and got some starter the other day, so last night we stirred together Champlain bread and sent each other pics. Then this morning after every stretch and fold we exchanged pics and had a couple conversations. Both loaves are in their proofing baskets now.
It’s funny how excited I am for her bread to turn out well!![]()
