It sure was last year! I don’t eat much of it myself but I give a lot away for Christmas and birth days for those hard to please people.

I do not give my Jam away...except to the Daughters of course!

The DW will give it away though...I try to keep it out of site lol!

I quarter the jalapeno that I add. It is really strange to bite into a jalapeno and have it taste exactly like a dill pickle. The garlic cloves, I peel and add whole.

DH would just buy frozen stuff if he lived alone. He has cooked grilled cheese. It's a chore for him to make coffee. I'm not complaining, I'm bitching.

I was taught to cook at a very young age. Later when I started hunting, I was told that if I was going to shoot the game, I was going to have to take care of it through all the steps including cooking it.

My Youngest DD does not like jalapenos. She loves serrano's and habaneros though
