I left out pizzas and focaccia, my new iPad doesn’t have all my old pics, but, I’ve always loved baking..it’s like magic..
edit..if anyone is looking for a great croissant recipe and instructions, here it is..all the ones pictured I used this recipe, and all organic flour and butter..

I had to share this picture. As she was about to eat my hair and the other girls eating my shirt I think counts under baking.

No baking today, I had to make a 4 hour round trip to pick up a new coop! It was on FB marketplace for pretty cheap, considering the quality. It's a lovely 12' long mustard yellow coop/run with a chicken shaped coop door!

It's pouring rain right now, or I'd post a pic.

My son and his wife find so many NEAT things on Marketplace. Aria

Too hot to bake here too. Feels-like temps in the triple-digits for days. Tomorrow, expected to be over 113. We are AC hibernating. I bought a one-qt ice cream maker! Gonna try it out this afternoon!
