I was thinking of using that line in my title or signature! It really was a good show, wasn’t it. You should see Brock in the new animated movie he’s absolutely adorable!

I also love how well he takes care of his nine younger siblings, I’ve rarely seen that in anime I much prefer the sweeter side and more humor that Pokémon has.

Also considering the fact that he got an Onyx for his 10th birthday, wow.

Brioche Dough
2 1/4 cups (295g) Bob’s Red Mill Organic Unbleached White All Purpose Flour
1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
Zest of 1 lemon
2 large eggs, room temp
1/4 cup (60ml) whole milk, room temp
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
1/2 tsp salt
5 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp and sliced into tablespoons

Thanks for this, I'm missing the almond extract but that will be found

I learned to cook eggs on low heat from... Gomer Pyle! On one episode, he said if you cook eggs on high heat, they get rubbery.

That stuck in my head, and I always use "low and slow" for cooking eggs.
