The temperature is 58 and cloudy.

Yesterday was our anniversary of 53 years and hopeful for many more.

The GF-with-whey-and-sourdough-starter bread is really good! I'll make it like that from now on. At least with the SDS, as I don't always have whey.

The top of the loaf is lumpy, but the crumb is more open than my regular recipe.

We have NO SNOW...not bad temperatures. Not
our usual Winter. I have One Large Loaf of Sourdough Multigrain Seeded Bread Baking...It is
a new recipe I have been working with. Will post]
recipe and photo. I made this Recipe (a new one)
first with just Bread Flour (it is easier) then I worked on making it Healthy...not as easy. Will post later. Aria
