Any Home Bakers Here?

That looks PERFECT. I just purchased some Spelt
flour. NEVER used it before. Is it more like Rye or
Whole Wheat? YUMMY> Aria

Its a white flour. When I've used it on it's own i've found the bread is very soft. So mix it to give it more texture.

I was going to make a babka tomorrow. But the kids have eaten most of the jam I bought for it.
So I was looking for something else "pan dulce" to make.
Found "galletas caritas" thought the kids would like them with jam for the faces. The faces arnt very neat but it was hard getting the jam to go where I wanted it!

I dont know what I'll make tomorrow.
