Made some chocolate bread in the bread machine today. Trying to not eat so many carbs... but gotta enjoy life too!!

It's 72 with 97% humidity here.... so it's like waking out into a lake. I think I'm going to make lemon muffins today. Yesterday was bread day and I made pita and two whole wheat loaves

Thanks! The inside was undercooked ! Had that mushy part in the top middle... (made note to set as 2lb loaf, not 1.5lb).
Oh well... I actually like the mushy part,

Anyone able to explain this? It happened on accident at first, then I replicated it to get a video.

New rule, DONT microwave potatoes this small.

I put my potatoes in a plastic grocery bag. I put a small hole in it and cook it in the microwave. I adjust the time by how big they are and how many. I don’t do this often but it a quick way to soften it up. Makes great baked potatoes last min. Normally last min happens in my house

Last night at 9pm I decided to make lemon raspberry cupcakes. I wasn’t even thinking that I ran out of pipping bags so I had to just throw on the icing. Either way, it was good and goes to the same place
