Not a bread but a really good cake.
Preachers cake
3 c flour, 1 tsp. cinnamon, salt, 2 tsp baking soda sift together.
3eggs, 2 c sugar, 2 tsp vanilla,20 oz. crushed pineapple, 1 c veg oil, mix all add dry mixture stir by hand.
Add 1 1/2c chopped nuts, 1 c flaked coconut. Grease and flour 9 x 13 bake 350* 50 minutes. Check done with toothpick.
Frost with 1-8oz. cream cheese, 1 c. white sugar, 1 stick(1/2c) butter, 1 tsp vanilla mix with elec. beater to fluff. Top with 1/2c. chopped walnuts. This always a big hit very moist and quick to put together.

Here is the answer to whether it's a good idea to grind the grains and the beans at the same time.
We tried it and prefer to do the grains and the beans separately. Doing them together leaves the grain flour too coarse for our preference, so from now on we'll do the grains separate from the beans and then just mix the flours together after they're ground.

Yes. I didn't see it, but hubby was watching and told me about it.

He had started a charity to raise money for toys for "disadvantaged youth" (as they say today), hoping to raise $2500. I heard it's up to $2million now.

Prayers that he gets to see this.
