That’s Ezekiel 4:9 flour. I made it from your recipe. It’s a double batch. To my surprise, my grinder had no problems grinding all of the ingredients together at the same time.

It’s all evenly ground up.

OK, guys. Here are the results.

This is seven grain bread. As you can probably tell, during the kneading process, it turned into two balls, not one. They later merged during baking, resulting in the way it looks.

I wonder how to prevent that in the future…..

I did bake one loaf last night with it, and it looks pretty good. Tasted good too. It was a basic loaf.

It kind of looks as if it didn’t rise like it was supposed to?! I sometimes steam buns, they always turn out fluffy! Never tried it with bread, but maybe that would be a solution? Or maybe the dough needed more liquid? If my dough is too dry , it doesn’t rise like it should either

I don’t think that’s it, I’ve been keeping track of it during the entire 3 hour 30 minute process. I was checking on it periodically to make sure the machine was working properly. It definitely did rise. The only thing that happened that’s worth noting is that when it was kneading, it did not turn into one big ball. It turned into two small balls, which later merged.

Everything else worked perfectly.

The loaf I made last night was perfect. It’s gone now, so I can’t post a comparison picture.
