I made the danishes last night. They are cranberry, but I will be using blackberry or grape jam/jelly (whatever is in the refrigerator) and diced apples in the next batch. Separately of course. :sick
The worst looking one is the one chosen to be photographed because I’m not so bright. Regardless, it’s proof I made them. :thumbsup A few neighbors are happy to try my baking. A58D0018-A5A0-44F4-BEFB-3CA215A2CF4E.jpeg

Did some baking this weekend. Made 2 pizzas. I made dough for 4 pizzas as I usually do.

This is my first time making bread sticks. Rolled out my 3rd pizza dough. Brushed with olive oil. Sprinkled with Mexican Cheese. Then Sprinkled with Parmesan Cheese. Dusted lightly with Italian seasoning. Last,, ground some Sea Salt lightly on top.

Notes..
My main reason posting,,,, to show the breadsticks. Looks like they will be a regular addition to when I bake my pizzas. Next time I will make the dough thicker. Two ways I intend to do. Use both remaining dough quantities,, (skip the loaf of bread), or use smaller pan for single quantity dough.
My dough quantity are 4 one pound portions.
