I went to a doctors appointment a while ago, and I learned that I weigh in at 222 pounds. I decided I need to eat healthier and lose weight.

So, I made this today for breakfast.

Ah, that was the problem, thanks Ron. My membership recently expired and I have not yet renewed it. Have not felt wonderful for a few days; got dx'd w bronchitis yesterday. Will be back on my feet soon!

I am sorry about the bronchitis! That can be a rough one.
