I found a hooser cabinet for sale. I'm going to pick it up next week. Now that the girls are laying i can start making brioche and enriched honey bread. Along with my fermented pizza dough.

Good for you, Jared, taking your health seriously! Good health is a blessing, and is usually VERY expensive to "buy back," if you lose it. If it can be recovered.

I consider my health to be a huge part of my personal wealth for just that reason.

Man, the snow and wind is bad right now. Do you know how bad it is? I did NOT see this 1’ deep mound of snow in the road until it was too late.

Needless to say, I got stuck, even with four-wheel-drive. Fortunately, a guy was right behind me, and he helped me get out.
