Any Home Bakers Here?

Nachos? You guys mentioned nachos!! I think I could eat those for breakfast. We like to do that for dinner about once a week...seasoned hamburger, diced onion, black olives, sour cream, guacamole, salsa and of course lots of melted cheese to hold it all on the chips.

The other day I saw some article about XX number of ways to make nachos. Most of them were variations on what we do but one of them I cannot figure out...apple slices with raisins and drizzled with either peanut butter or caramel (can't quite remember). Now how on earth does that count as nachos? Definitely not nachos in my book. (But I can see it as a fruit snack.)

I could go for some nachos....yum!

This is my baking for the day...ChickAre4Kids inspired me to make my lemon bars and I tried ronott1's peanut butter cookies which are delicious and a keeper!

Hey, have you ever made "Tex Mex Dip" it is delicious and you don't have to cook just layer it and bring out the tortilla chips.

How about mini Wienies wrapped in crescent rolls? Did you ever see the movie Lucas? It came out in the 80's, it was about a teenager who was on the small side and wanted to play football.
No, never seen that movie. It kind of sounds like "Rudy", a small guy that was determined to play football for Notre Dame...great story!

Your baking looks like a big success, both the cookies and the lemon bars look delicious.

That might work. We actually had nachos for dinner tonight...all that talk about them did it!

What goes nicely on nachos is corn kernels.

I wish I had people to feed cakes to, then I'd have an excuse to make them.
