I usually don’t like raisins and prefer chocolate chips

We grind our raisins into a paste before mixing them into the cookie dough. We both like it better that way and it gives the whole cookie a faint raisin flavor.
After the cookies are a few days old they taste even better because all the flavors in the cookies are well blended. I often wait to really eat them until they are a full two days old, because of that.

Another day of slightly cheating
Had a Betty Crocker Oatmeal Mix in the cabinet. Decided to make them.

Only thing different,,,,,, I added raisins. I Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
After I baked them,, I put into a sealed container, They are soft and chewy just like the store purchased ones.

I used a scooper like below,, The center medium size. Mix made 30 cookies

I have the middle two scoopers for cookies. I have a different type for ice cream.

That same day, I saw P-40 Warhawk , and a restored P-47 Thunderbolt fly.

A friend from High School was very into WWII fighter planes.

You do not see the P-38 much in movies likely due to it mostly being in the Pacific theater. For those movies, they like to use the Corsair planes for some reason.
