Once upon a time, I sat in a semi, waiting to pick up a load of Hormel. As I watched the other trucks, I saw a bull wagon pull in with a load of pigs. I became vegan for over a month (until a diner had nothing but meat and dairy on the menu. I gagged as I ate).
Perdue, Swanson, etc…. they don’t kill and package at the same facility, so it somehow didn’t bother me. This was also back when I was just a city girl. That sight wouldn’t bother me anymore. I still have issues with processing anything not poultry, but that’s another story.

I tried it again a few years ago since I've heard taste buds change over time. Still not a fan. Canned peas are still disgusting as well.

Hi and welcome to the thread! There are several gf bakers here! @Sally PB is one and I know she has some fine ones! Also there is a database of recipes on the first page is this thread.

Looking for less diet cookies, more gluten free flour mix (like a bought mix, rice flour, etc.) in the ingredients

I think I posted this recipe already, but I don’t remember exactly, so I’m posting it again. I had great success with this recipe once.

If I can successfully grow radishes, I’m gonna try this again.
