They are excellent if scrambled and even better for baking or custards.Someone offered me 4 Turkey eggs. Never liked Duck Eggs.
What are Turkey eggs good for?????? Do you use or like them?
My experience with larger eggs, turkey, duck and especially goose is to not try to cook them the same way you would a chicken egg. It takes so much longer to get the bigger yolks to the right temperature that the white ends up over cooked. Scrambling eliminates that problem. The bigger yolks make for really good custards.
