I haven't baked anything in a while. DH will be working tomorrow and it's supposed to rain, so maybe tomorrow will be a good day to bake some GF bread.
While noodling around, I found a recipe for Rhubarb/Orange Jam. I might have to try that if we get some good sized rhubarb stalks. I have one big plant (split from a neighbor) and 2 tiny ones (purchased crowns).
What else can I do with rhubarb that doesn't require strawberries, since I have 7strawberry plants left, out of the 50 I once had. DH says he doesn't like rhubarb, but maybe I can convert him.
I'm trying to find more things I can make out of the stuff I'm growing. And I'm try to grow more perennials like asparagus, onions (Egyptian Walking Onions), rhubarb, tree fruits (if they actually bear).
