Any Home Bakers Here?

I made some cornbread, but the dough was too dry ( I used a very fine milled corn flour, I always use 50% spelt flour too) so I was afraid it wouldn’t taste good, but… it may not look good, but still tasted good

I fried it, grilled it, and baked it. I just don’t know how I made it!
Some apples (2 or 3 medium??) some milk (I just don’t know!), two or four cups of oat flour, a tablespoon-ish of old baking powder, 2 eggs, some cinnamon sugar, some brown sugar.
It tastes great, but I can’t make it again. :lau

I had that a long time ago when I made a loaf of bread. I was short on some ingredients, and subbed others, but didn't write it down. Because of course it wasn't going to work out. But it did, and it was GREAT!
