I made some cornbread, but the dough was too dry ( I used a very fine milled corn flour, I always use 50% spelt flour too) so I was afraid it wouldn’t taste good, but… it may not look good, but still tasted good

I had that a long time ago when I made a loaf of bread. I was short on some ingredients, and subbed others, but didn't write it down. Because of course it wasn't going to work out. But it did, and it was GREAT!It tastes great, but I can’t make it again.
