She had company coming.

Its been raining for days and days, so I've been doing a lot of baking.

We would love some of that rain! It’s been the driest may in recorded history (25 liters in total, and I’m sure none of that landed here) and it looks like more sunshine the next 7 days (my weather forecast doesn’t go further)

Too hot to bake here. That's why I love my bread machines. Well, that and it's "set it and forget it," which is about my speed this time of year.

If it gets too hot, I can bake outside in a pot and a mobile kind of stove, but I can only backe small stuff ( only 1 small bread) next week, temp. will be going up to almost 30 C, not really my kind of weather, when I grew up, 22 C was very warm
