I know you make soooooo many baked good using sourdough. Do you occasionally use regular yeast as well,,,,,?????

I made an Escoffier recipe from Le Guide Culinaire today. It was one of his simple ones.

That is Bearnaise sauce.

Unfortunately, I cannot post the recipe due to the copyright restriction in the book.

Not so much anymore but on occasion I do! I have gluten intolerance and I find sourdough doesn't upset my stomach the way regular breads ect do and gluten free alternatives aren't as satisfying imo

What do you know, that’s the recipe. It just doesn’t give quantities of ingredients. Either that or I missed them.
