Any Home Bakers Here?

First time I hear this term.
Can you write up a recipe, and post it. Sounds interesting, and delish.:drool
Oh, happy to share. I literally just searched for sourdough souffle and happened to find this recipe! Had never been to the site before, but just winged it. I didn't have whole milk or heavy cream, so I just added a pat of butter, too. Also used ground up pecans to the dusting at the bottom as I had some laying around that I over crushed the last time I tried to chop some for pecan pie.
 
When I got asked if there was dessert around 2PM on Mother's Day, it occurred to me that "no" was not an acceptable answer, so I had to think fast and figure something out. Cheese souffle turned out pretty well for something that I have never made before. Didn't even collapse! Just used one too many containers. Should have consolidated the four little ones into three.
