I isolated the cause of what went wrong.

I forgot to line the mold with cheesecloth. As a result, all the holes in the mold got clogged with cheese and no whey was able to drain. This resulted in an EXTREMELY moist cheese that did not knit together.

Going to try again soon.

Does anyone remember my recipe plates project? Well, I have been thinking about what some of you said about it being hard to read. I actually was in agreement, so I had to stop printing until I figured out a solution. Today, I finally figured out how to make the plates readable and look nice.

I changed the filament color from silk gold to plain white. In my mind, I was thinking that the shadows in the letters would make it more readable, without the glare from silk gold color.

As soon as I print a page with an actual recipe, I will post a picture for a final test to see if anybody can read it.
