THANK YOU...I bake once a week...get a lot of practice...and
all my loaves come out the same. ha ha. I only make Sourdough...baked with Ron's original Sourdough Starter he gave me 2016. A fantastic Starter....and I have been able
to keep it strong.

I am way behind right now, my mother im law ( breast cancer, leukemia and dementia) is dying, but nobody can exactly tell you when then my younger daughter is moving to another city for her master degree at the end of the month, did I mention my other daughter was planing to get married, but the visa for her intended fell through, when he missed his appointment at the embassy by 4 minutes german punctuality no mercy

My Mom is Irish, My Dad is more German. I know what you mean about German punctuality lOL!

I just witnessed one of my chickens lay an egg in front of me. It was interesting watching her “deliver.“

It was also in the nesting box, so that’s a good sign.

Anyway, we’re making chocolate chip cookies right now.

These are screenshots from a video I took. I caught her in the act of laying. It was in the wrong spot, but who cares? At least I got to see her lay an egg!

I would show you all the video, but I’m having problems. As soon as I get it fixed, I’ll upload it and show you all.

I am FINALLY baking today. I am going for french loaves, but I am doing it my way. Absolutely nothing was measured, and I have not decided how long I am going to let the first part rise. God forbid I look at the recipe.
