Any Home Bakers Here?

THANK YOU...I bake once a week...get a lot of practice...and
all my loaves come out the same. ha ha. I only make Sourdough...baked with Ron's original Sourdough Starter he gave me 2016. A fantastic Starter....and I have been able
to keep it strong.

Sunday I baked some more fruit filled cakes. Basically same as my last posting, but different plums.
Had Family over, so everyone took some home with them:highfive:
Yes it is picture heavy, but easier than long descriptions :idunno

Looks like French fries. It is an Apple cut on a mandolin, with the larger size attachment.
I skipped streusel on these. Experimented with the apple strands.

Now cooling on rack. Parchment makes super easy to remove from pan, as well as easy pan cleaning.

On my list of things to do today:

Make peanut butter and bake some dog biscuits. But those are way down the list, unfortunately... gotta keep moving on the bathroom project.

If hubby doesn't need my hands on his part of the project, I'll get it done. If he does, that's about 2-3 hours, so I probably won't have time.
