Any Home Bakers Here?

I started to make cookies, but I am out of chips. :he

I am in a lot of pain, so I don’t feel especially excited about finally baking. I might feel better when I eat some bread. :drool

I got the PB made, and the dog biscuits. All that's left on my list for today is another coat of paint on the bathroom ceiling.

I have gobs of zucchini. I'm making zoodles and freezing them, but I'm thinking a loaf of GF zucchini bread might be a really nice thing to have in the fridge. I bet it goes well with peanut butter... :drool

Have you tried making flour from the zucchini? Dehydrate it and grind it fine.

No, I haven't. I've heard of it and might have to try it. Do you include the peel? Green flour... interesting.
I had to look that up. Zucchini powder is about the price of GOLD.
If I had to use that for my last bake,,,, It would cost me $75 for flour alone.
Sally,, Have you used Garbanzo flour?? Its like $7 per pound. compared to Zucchini at 5 times that amount:th

Well, I wonder how many zucchinis it would take to make a cup of flour...

More than the number of licks it takes to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop! :lau
Don't have a clue but it took half of a Big Moose pumpkin to get two pints of pumpkin flour.
