If you live in a sunny place you can build a dehydrator just using sunlight, just look up the internet for diy sun dehydrator or something like thatWhat is your plan.
Dehydrate chunks of zucchini, and then Pulverize???
Wonder how things would work if you first Pureed in blender,, Squeezed out excess liquid,, and dehydrated that pulp.
Maybe shorter tine dehydrating??
I never dehydrated anything,, and have no equipment. Or know-how.
Just thinking of possible shortcuts.![]()
I'd love for us to have enough sun to harness for that purpose.
