Any Home Bakers Here?

I did a quick search for making zucchini flour and saw 5 pounds of squash makes a cup of flour.

Hmm. I think I need to try this. Maybe when hubby goes to Colorado.
What is your plan.
Dehydrate chunks of zucchini, and then Pulverize???

Wonder how things would work if you first Pureed in blender,, Squeezed out excess liquid,, and dehydrated that pulp.
Maybe shorter tine dehydrating?? :idunno
I never dehydrated anything,, and have no equipment. Or know-how.
Just thinking of possible shortcuts.:old

For the pumpkin flour, I steamed the pumpkin to remove the skin and prepare it for pureeing. I dehydrated the puree and ground the dry product.

It would be nice to see each stage of the procedure.
Our temps have dropped high50-60 and the Heat is on in the house. FALL has arrived.

We usually go from needing the AC to heating over night here too!
